1973 (NFL): The Miami Dolphins complete the first - and still only - perfect season with a 14-7 victory over the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl VII. The Dolphins were a 1-point favorite and the game stayed under the total of 33 points. Defensive back Jake Scott was named Super Bowl MVP as he picked off 2 passes that he returned for a total of 63 yards. Running back Larry Csonka had 15 carries for 112 yards.


2012 (NFL): In an NFC Division round playoff game, the San Francisco 49ers and New Orleans Saints each score 2 touchdowns in the final 4:02 of the game as the 49ers prevail 36-32 after Vernon Davis' 14-yard touchdown pass from Alex Smith with 9 seconds left. San Francisco was a 3½-point home underdog and the game went over the total of 46½-points. Smith threw for 299 yards and 3 touchdowns and had a 28-yard touchdown run in the 4th quarter.


2018 (NFL): On the final play of the game and down 1 point, Stefon Diggs scores on a 61-yard touchdown pass from Case Keenum to give the Minnesota Vikings a thrilling 29-24 victory over the New Orleans Saints in an NFC Divisional round playoff game. The Vikings failed to cover as a 5½-point home favorite after electing not to kick the extra point attempt. The touchdown also moved the game over the total of 47 points.
