1985 (Tennis): 17 year-old Boris Becker becomes the youngest man to win a Wimbledon singles titles after defeating Kevin Curren 6-3, 6-7, 7-6, 6-4. Becker entered the tournament at +1800 to win the title.


1990 (Tennis): Martina Navratilova wins her record 9th Wimbledon single titles and 18th and final Grand Slam singles title after beating American Zina Garrison 6-4, 6-1. Navratilova was a -300 favorite for the match and entered the tournament at +400 to win the title.


1998 (MLB): In the highest scoring All-Star Game in MLB history, the American League defeats the National League 13-8 in the thin air at Coors Field in Denver. The game sailed over the total of 11.5 as the AL won as +120 underdogs. Baltimore Orioles' second baseman Roberto Alomar was named All-Star MVP after going 3-for-4 with a solo home run.


2013 (Tennis): Andy Murray becomes the first British man to win a Wimbledon singles title since Fred Perry in 1936 after defeating Novak Djokovic 6-4, 7-5, 6-4. Murray was a +145 underdog for the match and entered the tournament at +300 to win the title
