1995 (NBA): The expansion Vancouver Grizzlies snap a 19-game losing streak with a 104-100 overtime victory over the Portland Trail Blazers. The Grizzlies were an 8½-point home underdog as rookie center Bryant Reeves led the team with 25 points and 17 rebounds. Vancouver avoided tying the NBA record (at the time) of 20 for the longest losing streak within a season.
2013 (NFL): Running back Jamaal Charles scores 5 touchdowns (1 rushing, 4 receiving) in the Kansas City Chiefs' 56-31 blowout victory over the Oakland Raiders. The Chiefs covered as 6-point road favorites and the game went over the total of 46 points with 3 minutes left in the 1st half. Charles had TD receptions of 49, 39 and 71 yards as he amassed 215 yards from scrimmage.
2019 (NFL): The Raiders play their final game in Oakland, blowing a 16-3 halftime lead and losing 20-16 to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars were a 7-point underdog and the game stayed under the total of 47 points. Chris Conley caught 2 touchdowns from Gardner Minshew in the final 6 minutes, including the game-winner with 31 seconds left. The Raiders would relocate to Las Vegas before the 2020 season.
