1984 (NHL): As +180 series underdogs, the Edmonton Oilers end the New York Islanders' 4-year title run, winning 5-2 in Game 5 for a 4-1 Stanley Cup Finals win. Wayne Gretzky scored twice in the game and Mark Messier takes home the Conn Smythe for the Oilers.

2012 (Horse Racing): I'll Have Another wins the 137th Preakness Stakes. Despite winning the Kentucky Derby, he went off as the second choice at 3-1 behind Bodemeister. Unfortunately, I'll Have Another did not have a chance to go for the Triple Crown after being scratched from the race due to a leg injury.

2019 (Golf) Brooks Koepka goes wire-to-wire and wins his second straight PGA Championship at Bethpage Black in New York. Koepka was 10-1 to win the tournament as he finished 2 strokes ahead of world #1 Dustin Johnson.
