The Heat failed to cover as 3½-point favorite as O'Neal scored 24 points and had 11 rebounds but fouled out with 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Kobe Bryant had a season-high 42 points but was held scoreless in overtime and missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer that would have won the game.
