1984 (NFL): Eric Dickerson rushes for a season-high 215 yards and breaks O.J. Simpson's single-season rushing mark of 2,003 yards in the Los Angeles Rams' 27-16 victory over the Houston Oilers. The Rams failed to cover as 11½-point home favorites and the total of 43 points pushed. Dickerson added another 98 rushing yards to his season total setting the record of 2,105 yards - a record that still stands to this day.


2004 (NBA): As a 4½-point home underdog, Tracy McGrady and the Houston Rockets erase an 8-point deficit with 40 seconds left in the game to defeat the San Antonio Spurs 81-80. McGrady scored the final 13 points for the Rockets in a 35 second span by hitting four 3-pointers, including the game-winner with 1.7 seconds remaining. He finished the game with 33 points, 8 rebounds and 5 steals.


2018 (NFL): On the final play of the game, running back Kenyan Drake scores a 69-yard touchdown on a miracle play that included 2 laterals as the Miami Dolphins defeat the New England Patriots 34-33. The Dolphins were a 9½-point home underdog and the game went over the total of 49½-points. The game-winner was the longest walk-off touchdown in regulation in the Super Bowl era.
