1975 (MLB): Carlton Fisk waves his walk-off home run fair in the bottom of the 12th inning to give the Boston Red Sox a 7-6 victory over the Cincinnati Reds in Game 6 of the World Series. The game was a pick 'em as the Reds would win the following night to continue the Boston World Series drought at 57 years. The home run is considered one of the most memorable moments in baseball history.


1998 (MLB): The New York Yankees defeat the San Diego Padres 3-0 to complete a 4-game sweep in the World Series. The Yankees were +130 road underdogs and set a record for most wins for a championship team (regular season and playoffs combined) with 125 wins. Prior to Game 1, the Yankees were -260 favorites to win the series and +500 to win in a sweep.


2006 (College Football): Michigan State sets an NCAA Division I-A record for the largest comeback ever when they erase a 35-point 3rd quarter deficit and defeat Northwestern 41-38. The Spartans were 8-point road favorites and the game went over total of 48 points. Brett Swenson's 28-yard field goal with 12 seconds remaining gave the Spartans the win.
