2003 (Boxing): Lennox Lewis fights for the final time in his career and defeats Vitali Klitschko by TKO in the 6th round. Lewis was a -500 favorite as he finished his career 41-2-1 with 32 wins by knockout. Klitschko, who was leading the flight on all three judges cards, could not continue after the 6th round due a severe cut above his left eye.

2012 (NBA): LeBron James wins the first NBA Championship of his career after the Miami Heat defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder 121-106 in Game 5 of the NBA Finals. Miami covered as a 3 ½-point home favorite and entered Game 1 as +155 underdogs to win the series. James was awarded the Finals MVP after averaging 28.6 points, 10.2 rebounds and 7.4 assists per game during The Finals.

2015 (Golf): Jordan Spieth, age 21, becomes the youngest U.S. Open winner since Bobby Jones in 1923. Spieth, who was +800 to win the tournament, won by a stroke over Dustin Johnson and Louis Oosthuizen. On the 72nd hole, Johnson had to a chance to win with a 12-foot eagle putt but 3-putted to give Spieth the win.
