1976 (NFL): In Super Bowl X at the Orange Bowl in Miami - the Pittsburgh Steelers win their 2nd straight Super Bowl after defeating the Dallas Cowboys 21-17. The Steelers failed to cover as 7-point favorites and the game went over the total of 36 points. Steelers wide receiver Lynn Swan's 64-yard touchdown catch from Terry Bradshaw in the 4th quarter proved to be the game-winner. Swan would be named the Super Bowl MVP after catching 4 passes for 161 yards. The Cowboys had a chance to win the game in the final minutes but turned the ball over on downs on the Steelers 38-yard line.


2009 (NFL): With a 23-14 victory in the AFC Championship, the Pittsburgh Steelers defeat the Baltimore Ravens for the 3rd time in the season. The Steelers covered as a 6-point home favorite after safety Troy Polamalu's 40-yard interception return for a touchdown with 4:24 left in the game. The touchdown also moved the game over the total of 35 points. The Steelers would go on to defeat the Arizona Cardinals 27-23 in Super Bowl XLIII.


2015 (NFL): In the NFC Championship, the Seattle Seahawks rally from a 16-0 halftime deficit and defeat the Green Bay Packers 28-22 in overtime. The Seahawks failed to cover as an 8½-point home favorite and the game went over the total of 44½-points despite there being only 26 points scored with 3 minutes left in the 4th quarter. The Seahawks first touchdown of the game came on a fake field goal and their special teams came up big again after they recovered an onsides kick with just over 2 minutes left in the game.
